WDR76

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR76 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,927 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR76-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and CDK1. Each is linked with WDR76 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR76-to-partner and partner-to-WDR76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 versus SMC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR76→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
