WDR76

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR76 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,910 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR76-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20B, ARHGAP11A, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with WDR76 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR76-to-partner and partner-to-WDR76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 versus KIF20B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR76→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
