WDR74

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR74 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR74-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKC1, NOP16, and FBL. Each is linked with WDR74 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR74-to-partner and partner-to-WDR74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR74 versus DKC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR74→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
