The most reproducible WDR70-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D9, HMG20B, and OR51A8P. Each is linked with WDR70 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR70-to-partner and partner-to-WDR70 results are reported.
