WDR24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1_S19, DCTPP1, and RHOT2. Each is linked with WDR24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR24-to-partner and partner-to-WDR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR24 versus STUB1_S19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
