WDR24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2, CDKN3, and FAM83D. Each is linked with WDR24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR24-to-partner and partner-to-WDR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR24 versus MTHFD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
