WDR12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR36, TBL3, and ORC3. Each is linked with WDR12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR12-to-partner and partner-to-WDR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR12 versus WDR36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
