WAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, C18orf25, and NDEL1. Each is linked with WAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 grouped by WAC-low versus WAC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
