VLDLR-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VLDLR-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,104 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VLDLR-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VLDLR, PLGRKT, and RANBP6. Each is linked with VLDLR-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VLDLR-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-VLDLR-AS1 results are reported.
