VEZT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,328 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R16, RN7SL248P, and KIR2DP1. Each is linked with VEZT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZT-to-partner and partner-to-VEZT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R16 grouped by VEZT-low versus VEZT-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZT→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
