Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VEZT RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VEZT data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher VEZT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VEZT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRP, and HNSC are the cancer types where VEZT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
