VEGFD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEGFD mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 482 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMOD1, ZNF132, and TLR4. Each is linked with VEGFD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFD-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELMOD1 grouped by VEGFD-low versus VEGFD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
