VEGFC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEGFC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, PCOLCE, and AEBP1. Each is linked with VEGFC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFC-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEGFC versus CCN4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
