VAMP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,856 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGIS, GPRASP1, and RAPGEF4. Each is linked with VAMP8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP8-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP8 versus PTGIS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
