UTS2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTS2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,352 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2B, PRKCQ_T538, and NCAM1. Each is linked with UTS2R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2R-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTS2R versus PRKAR2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTS2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTS2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
