Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTS2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP426, RN7SKP261, and MIR4688. Each is linked with UTS2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2R-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2R results are reported.
