Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTS2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,968 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with UTS2R in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2R-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2R results are reported.
