UTS2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTS2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, TBC1D21, and TACR3. Each is linked with UTS2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2R-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by UTS2R-low versus UTS2R-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTS2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTS2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
