UST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, CYCSP49, and UBBP5. Each is linked with UST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UST-to-partner and partner-to-UST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by UST-low versus UST-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UST→partner) and Y-score (partner→UST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
