Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6807 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6807 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6807 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, MIR6807 RNA expression shows 5,473 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight BRCA, UCEC, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR6807 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
