Q-omics provides the consensus-scored USP9YP10 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. USP9YP10 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, USP9YP10 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, USP9YP10 RNA expression shows 2,050 significant mutation-linked associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Together, these results highlight THCA, STAD, and LGG as cancer lineages where USP9YP10 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
