Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP9YP10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of USP9YP10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where USP9YP10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types USP9YP10 is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD are the cancer types where USP9YP10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
