USP54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP54_S1036, USP54_S481, and USP54_S671. Each is linked with USP54 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP54-to-partner and partner-to-USP54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP54 versus USP54_S1036 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
