Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,040 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP54-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-883P, RPS26P41, and SMAGP. Each is linked with USP54 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP54-to-partner and partner-to-USP54 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP54 versus RNU6-883P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
