USP54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP54-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCANP1, OR6J1, and ARHGEF15. Each is linked with USP54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP54-to-partner and partner-to-USP54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCANP1 grouped by USP54-low versus USP54-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
