Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP45-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P13, UQCRBP3, and OR11J5P. Each is linked with USP45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP45-to-partner and partner-to-USP45 results are reported.
