The most reproducible USP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP15, TYMSOS, and ZWINT. Each is linked with USP44 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP44-to-partner and partner-to-USP44 results are reported.
