Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R2, PRSS58, and OC90. Each is linked with USP43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP43-to-partner and partner-to-USP43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R2 grouped by USP43-low versus USP43-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
