Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAT3, GZMK, and DEFB133. Each is linked with USP28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP28-to-partner and partner-to-USP28 results are reported.
