USP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,142 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are H1-3, H1-0, and CS. Each is linked with USP25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP25-to-partner and partner-to-USP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP25 versus H1-3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
