Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, KRTAP1-1, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with USP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP16-to-partner and partner-to-USP16 results are reported.
