USB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,684 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1A, LARP1B, and SPIN3. Each is linked with USB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USB1-to-partner and partner-to-USB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USB1 versus IL1A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
