UQCRHL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRHL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRHL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, HAT1, and MCM2. Each is linked with UQCRHL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRHL-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCRHL versus NASP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
