Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, RFC1_T506, and RFC3. Each is linked with UNG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNG-to-partner and partner-to-UNG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNG versus POLD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
