UNC13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,058 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, FEN1, and SNRPD1. Each is linked with UNC13A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by UNC13A-low versus UNC13A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
