UGT3A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT3A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,322 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, SKA2, and AGGF1P1. Each is linked with UGT3A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT3A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by UGT3A1-low versus UGT3A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
