Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2B4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGT2B4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL1, HMGXB4, and THOC5. Each is linked with UGT2B4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2B4-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B4 versus TTLL1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2B4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2B4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
