UGT2B27P

associated omics data
UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 2 member B27, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored UGT2B27P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. UGT2B27P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CHOL. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, UGT2B27P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, UGT2B27P RNA expression shows 6,048 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CHOL, KICH, and STAD as cancer lineages where UGT2B27P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes UGT2B27P survival associations across molecular data types. UGT2B27P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (9), followed by mutation status (7). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible UGT2B27P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High UGT2B27P expression shows unfavorable associations in CHOL, GBM, ACC and STAD, but favorable associations in BLCA and KIRP. The CHOL Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify CHOL as the clearest survival context for UGT2B27P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for UGT2B27P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. UGT2B27P shows lower tumor expression in KICH, CHOL and LIHC and higher tumor expression in KIRP, KIRC and LUAD. The KICH box plot shows higher UGT2B27P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.267, t-test p < 0.001).
