UCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,439 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRFIP1_S521, RCOR3, and SRRT. Each is linked with UCP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCP1 versus LRRFIP1_S521 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
