UBL4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,258 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAGE3, RBMX2, and EMD. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL4A versus LAGE3 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
