Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L11, USP17L20, and USP17L18. Each is linked with UBA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBA7-to-partner and partner-to-UBA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L11 grouped by UBA7-low versus UBA7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
