U2SURP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2SURP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2SURP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, GMPS, and SF3B3. Each is linked with U2SURP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2SURP-to-partner and partner-to-U2SURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, U2SURP versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2SURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2SURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
