TYSND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYSND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYSND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P1, VDAC1P12, and CXCL1P1. Each is linked with TYSND1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYSND1-to-partner and partner-to-TYSND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P1 grouped by TYSND1-low versus TYSND1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYSND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYSND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
