TYRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01650, RN7SL354P, and OR7K1P. Each is linked with TYRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01650 grouped by TYRP1-low versus TYRP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
