TYRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with TYRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TYRP1-low versus TYRP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
