Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,221 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TYRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Kidney development, Actin filament depolymerization, and Regulation of protein neddylation. Each is linked with TYRP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TYRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Kidney development grouped by TYRP1-low versus TYRP1-high in SKIN.
