TYRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRB1, F9, and WFDC12. Each is linked with TYRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRB1 grouped by TYRP1-low versus TYRP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
