TYMS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYMS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAMP5, RNA5SP421, and RN7SL418P. Each is linked with TYMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYMS-to-partner and partner-to-TYMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAMP5 grouped by TYMS-low versus TYMS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
