TXN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,002 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN1, OSER1-DT, and SLC35D2. Each is linked with TXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN-to-partner and partner-to-TXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXN versus RLN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
