TUNAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUNAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUNAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL5, TNKS1BP1_S601, and MAP6. Each is linked with TUNAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUNAR-to-partner and partner-to-TUNAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUNAR versus TCEAL5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUNAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUNAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
